Renkalvinnanlår - renkalvstek Select weight (g):1000 Season sparingly with salt andReindeer calf topside is one of the most exclusive cuts and belongs among the finest parts of the reindeer. Just like the topside from an adult animal, it is exceptionally tender with a rich and natural game flavour but in a smaller format that makes it perfect for an intimate dinner or for those who want to try a truly premium cut without committing to a larger roast. The meat has a fine texture, delicate flavour and is easy to prepare successfully.
