Penley Project 10 Merlot 2021 Size::1 Bottle Latricieres ChambertinThe antithesis of baby boomer Australian Merlot! This wine is bright & lively. Raspberry coulee & fresh violet florals on the nose. Juicy and fleshy on the palate, with added personality from the whole bunch parcel and textural components coming through from the concrete fermented batch. This is new wave merlot not what your Dad drank, and not what your rich Aunt buys from Pomerol. The kind of Merlot that should be paired with a good lounge room dance
